This year I’ve decided to dedicate to word count during the month of November. Although I won’t be officially signed up, I’ll keep track and try to hit the 50,000 words for the month. The idea is to complete my book. I currently have 40,000 words…and I only need about 30,000-40,000 – so this might just get me there. Obviously I’d need to do a lot of editing afterwards, but that’s what Dec-Feb would be for, and meanwhile I have thousands of other people writing madly away encouraging one another. What better way to re-dedicate myself to my story? I’ll post once a week on this blog with my updated word count for the week. Wish me luck!
